Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders from Funkypulse are processed, shipped and delivered across India.

1. Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 2–3 working days after successful payment.
  • During high‑volume periods, festivals or sales, processing may take slightly longer, but every effort will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery timelines

  • Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–9 working days depending on your location, courier service, and other operational factors.
  • For remote or non‑metro locations, and for orders served via India Post where necessary, delivery may take up to 15 working days.

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; delays can occur due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout based on your order value, weight and delivery pincode.
  • Any promotional offers such as “Free Shipping over ₹X” will be clearly mentioned on the website and/or at checkout.

4. Serviceability and couriers

  • Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners; if your pincode is not covered by standard couriers, the order may be shipped via India Post.
  • If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).

5. Tracking your order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable) with tracking details.
  • Tracking information may take a few hours to update after dispatch as per courier systems.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for eligible pincodes as determined by courier partners; serviceability will be shown at checkout.
  • If you repeatedly place COD orders and refuse delivery without valid reason, Funkypulse reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for your account.

7. Non‑delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If a shipment is undelivered due to reasons such as unreachable customer, incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated delivery attempts failed, it may be marked as RTO by the courier.
  • Returned parcels are stored at our warehouse partner.​

8. Delays and exceptions

  • Funkypulse is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, natural calamities, or other events beyond reasonable control, but support will be provided to track and resolve such issues.
  • If your order appears significantly delayed beyond normal timelines, please contact us with your order ID.
