- Delivery timeline is usually 3–9 working days depending on your location, courier partner, and serviceability of your pincode. Remote or India Post–served locations may take longer (up to 15 working days).

7. Returns, refunds & exchanges
- Funkypulse currently accepts returns or replacements only in specific cases such as damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products as detailed in our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.
- Claims for damaged or misprinted items must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery, along with required proof such as unboxing videos and product images.
8. Payments
- We use Cashfree Payments, a leading Indian payment gateway, to process online payments safely and securely.
- Available payment methods may include UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.), net banking, popular wallets, EMI/BNPL options, and other methods supported by our payment partner, as shown at checkout.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD availability depends on serviceability of your pincode by our courier partners and may be restricted for certain products or locations.
